Happy New Year!!!

A New Year ... I wish everyone a year filled with love and bountiful blessings. I am so glad for a chance to try and do all the the things my heart aspires to. I am grateful for the blessing of family and friends that make life worthwhile. There is a wonderful giveaway at sweet-as-a-candy.blogspot.com ,the most lovely feminine sweaters. Check out her blog and enter for a chance to win. The other day I made some snickerdoodles just the thing to turn a grumpy mood into a happy one. The girls helped me and everyone was happy. Here is the recipe it makes a lot of cookies ,I usually share them with our friends and neighbors. We are so lucky to live in a neighborhood where we know and are friends with our neighbors.

chill mixture for 20 minutes in the freezer. Roll mixture into small balls and then into a mixture of 1/2 cup of sugar and 3 teaspoons of cinnamon.
